  I called Georgina to make an appointment for a family member. She asked about medical conditions and when I tried to answer her question she was very rude and condescending. I am very glad that she showed this side while I was making the appointment so I can take my business elsewhere. Good customer service and a pleasant attitude is so important and unfortunately she did not embody any of that today.
